Be strong for today... Life is full of surprises, ups, downs, happy or sad. Its life, what can we do with it? Even you are the saddest person in the world there is still a little light of happiness. You need to discover and hold onto that little light. You may have all the problems in the world sometimes it is just nice to let go for a minute, take deep breaths and think of something positive then comeback with a clearer mind, solve things with solutions that are less hectic to you system. I know for some of you out there or your friends or family members they are experiencing hardships, stress basically their life is very stormy, there are strong winds and heavy rainfall but tell them, tell yourself that it never rains forever. As they say "there will always a rainbow after a heavy rainfall" :)
